A clearer menu, a lighter app, ping in the tray

• The menu lists the sections of the open item under it, one click opens any of them; a pin keeps the menu open in the Focus layout and in narrow windows. The opened menu no longer lets the page show through.
• NyxBoost is lighter: the living background uses only the frames it needs and rests when nobody touches the mouse or keyboard for 45 seconds. An open window uses about half the CPU, an idle one almost none; in the tray NyxBoost stops its measurements and gives its memory back to the system.
• Ctrl+K search opens right under the search box, also in a maximized window.
• In automatic gaming mode the tray icon's tooltip shows the game and the current ping, updated every 5 seconds.
• The review request opens only a nyxboost.com address; the app never opens an address received from the network. This clears a false antivirus detection of 0.28.2.
