Console-style home page and new sidebar

← All updates

• The home page becomes a console: a diagnostics feed with real findings and an orbit indicator (live CPU, RAM and GPU load and disk usage around the share of completed recommendations); one telemetry strip instead of four cards.
• Sidebar: our own hexagon mark, the active item with a glowing outline, live labels next to items, a mini CPU and RAM panel.
• Metrics are measured once for the whole window and paused while the window is minimized.
