Block apps from accessing the microphone

Switches "Settings → Privacy → access to the microphone" to "Off" for your account.

Expected effect

Apps will not be able to access the microphone until you allow it again.

Possible side effects

Voice chats, dictation and calls in apps will stop hearing you.

How to undo it

Before a change NyxBoost saves the previous values; "Revert" brings them back and removes those that did not exist before.

In NyxBoost: Recovery → “Revert” next to this setting's entry.
Without the program: open the Registry Editor (regedit), go to the key from the table and put back the previous value — NyxBoost records it in its change history.
